Elevator feeding systems store bulk parts in a hopper and transfer them in a controlled way to the vibratory bowl by means of a belt or step elevator. Because only the required quantity is sent to the bowl each time, the bowl does not overfill and orienting efficiency is maintained.

Thanks to the large hopper volume, frequent reloading is no longer necessary and the line can run for long periods without operator intervention. Hopper volume, elevator type and feed control are determined according to your part characteristics and daily production needs.
