Twin-Bowl Linear Feeding Line
In high-volume production, when one bowl’s capacity is not enough, two large bowl feeders supply the same line together. Parts leaving the bowls are lined up on a multi-channel linear track and delivered steadily to the processing point.
Pneumatic orienting points on the bowls use air jets to reject wrongly positioned parts, increasing orienting accuracy. Each unit is adjusted independently with four separate digital speed control units mounted on the stand.
