Frequency-Controlled Digital Vibration Controller (SDVC31)

The SDVC31 series is a frequency-controlled (variable-frequency) digital controller developed for vibratory feeders. Being able to adjust the vibration frequency to the part and the feeder provides a more stable and efficient flow, especially for delicate and light parts.

Thanks to the connection ports on the unit, an external speed control signal, a photosensor input and a control output can be used. This allows feeding to stop and start automatically depending on how full the line is.
