CNC fiber laser cutting is the computer-controlled cutting of sheet metal with a high-energy, narrowly focused laser beam. Because the cutting path is taken directly from the drawing, complex contours, holes and fine details are produced in a single pass, with dimensions that match the drawing exactly.

At VİBSTAR, the sheet metal parts used in vibratory bowls, linear chutes, hopper bins, sound insulation cabins and machine bodies are cut with CNC fiber laser. Dimensional accuracy is thus maintained from the very first step of production, and parts are ready for bending, welding and assembly without additional machining.
